AGD leaders met this week in the nation’s capital to discuss legislative issues impacting dentistry and ways to protect oral healthcare. As part of the two-day event, around 30 general dentists representing AGD volunteered to discuss issues, their profession and patient care with lawmakers.

AGD is currently seeking volunteers for our 2025–26 councils and committees. As volunteer leaders at AGD, members of our councils and committees network with other general dentists and have the opportunity to gain leadership, training and mentoring. AGD also reimburses for travel and other expenses.
