Entry Terms & Conditions

All entrants must be from the UK and Republic of Ireland or GDC registered practitioners.

All entries must be electronic, either sent using an online file sharing service or on a USB stick.

All entrants work must be predominantly performed in the UK to be eligible (If entering Best Community or Charity Project, the charitable work doesn’t need to be performed in the UK but the entrants practice must be based in the UK)

Entrants must submit only one entry per category per practice for team or practice categories.

Entrants must submit only one entry per person for individual categories.

Entries will not be returned.

Practice must enter as individual practices and not as a company.
